    sorry i not recommend for this way to virtualdub
    totally unuseable project, make insted from last perfect working 18160 to renew all code piece.
    Totally false this way.
    Dont make program that not able open any folder.
    I say this because all other my beta test program about 3000 could open any folder cca. 0 second without any problem full access.
