   It'd be great if someone could please post some more specific instructions for the newbie "tweaker addict", e.g. those of us amidst rebuilding their PC and wanting to do a shrunken/optimized windows install. in other words, a non-administrator friendly tutorial. And what's it mean to run the integrator against the OEM bits? I've tried to run the integrator by loading up cabs and hotfixes, but not run it against the OEM bits as suggested.
   
   Otherwise, this is the kind of app I definitely wanna try!
