    Update!!!!

I just talk to Rep from TeleBlend :

    1. He explain that they bought all equipment from Sunrocket and book of the business with all out information but not billing info so that's why they ask you to sign up and enter the credit card.

    2. they are the one who keeps the Sunrocket numbers up until Sunday midnight.

    3. if you go with them it will be the exactly Sunrocket service just another name and different customer support.

    4. You can use the same equipment since they bought the Sunrocket equipment and you do not have to change anything

    5. Welcome back to New Adventure....

I am ex member with Sunrocket and now TeleBlend ...

    * all that took me only one hour of waiting to recieve their support team respond to my call .... quick ,right?

I got my refund from my CC :).

I think the viatalk has limited calls even they offer unlimited plans.

You acknowledge that ViaTalk offers both plans for residential users and commercial/small business users. You agree that ViaTalk residential service plans are not to be used in conjunction with regular, consistent activity which could be considered commercial or for-profit in nature. You agree that all usage is subject to audit and review by ViaTalk. A single account shall not be used for purposes inconsistent with regular residential usage patterns as defined by ViaTalk as more than six times the average monthly usage of a ViaTalk residential customer. This figure is currently approximately 5100 minutes of usage over a 30 day period. Minutes used in excess of 5100 will be billed at 1.9 cents for each overage minute. A single commercial account with minute usage in excess of 10,200 minutes over a 30 day period will be billed 1.9 cents per minute for each overage minute. ViaTalk will be the sole and final arbitrator in regards to decisions related to what constitutes acceptable average use of service.

I signed up with joiphone and TeleBlend none of them answer the phone calls .

I called local ATT and they told me since the Company out of business no one will be able to transfer the current number. It might be true but all other VOIP try to get you in and look close on the activation fees and other fees are not refundable.
