0.3.1 (Feb 29, 2008)
Good to see this (finally) on FileForum. This is a nice piece of software. It's might be a little harder to set-up for some people, but once it's up and running, it does it's job in a great way. I used to work with NewsLeecher, but since the one faulty beta is replaced by the next faulty beta, I switched to this program. It does all I need, however it might need some work. But believe me, and see the website for it, there are some nice improvements underway! Five stars!!
3.9 Beta 13 (Feb 7, 2008)
I started using this program two years ago, but I'm not extending my license this time. This is the 13th beta for the 3.9 series, and it seems that new functions are added to the program, but old bugs are ignored. Take a look at the Newsleecher forums for example, more and more people seem to complain. I'm using SABnzbd+ for some time now, and it's easy to use, simple and very effective. Okay, it doesn't include SuperSearch (or something like that), but it's free, and hey... you can search with binsearch.net, for example! I think NewsLeecher might be a bit overrated. After all: most of the functionality is offered by other (less heavy and far cheaper or even free) programs, and you are mostly paying for the ability to use SuperSearch.
1.0 (Dec 18, 2005)
Come on... pay $19,95 for the simple formula: BMI=weight / (length*length) ?? You're kidding us! There's just one word for stuff like this: RIP-OFF!
0.9.14 (Apr 23, 2005)
This is an amazing drawing program for (little) kids. Okay, there are some disadvantages (the saved images are very small - 608x472 pixels), but in general: it's great. I have a five year old daughter who works with this program as easy as 1-2-3.
1.3 Beta 5 (Mar 21, 2005)
At yleclerc: From 1.3 beta 6, each account can have it's own tab. Even better: you can combine tabs, so it's possible to create a tab for all your work accounts, and a tab for other accounts, or let each account have its own tab. I think Popman is by far the best pop3-checker I've used ... and I've used a lot of them! Okay, Poptray is nice, but not as attractive as this program.
