As well as testing performace, you might like to report on how well it conforms to the normal Windows guidelines.
As an example: Google Chrome does not install to "Program Files" but insists in installing into the user's profile. This is totally unacceptable and shows the utter contempt Google have for Windows - either that or their programmers can't code.

The ONLY issue is whether the Microsoft AntiVirus products can change the Kernel through inside knowledge. If they can't then it is a level playing field, and let the best AV product win.

Now all we need is for Borland to follow suit with a "free" version of Delphi. Even better Borland, why not just release an older version of Delphi as Open Source, say version 5.
