How about an iTunes plugin that allows me to use my media buttons on my XPS laptop?

Can the Zune Software be used in lieu of iTunes to manage and sync an iPod (nano)?

Portable version, please! Great app - nice and simple.

My 2 pennies: I am definitely NOT an Apple guy, but I have grown to really like iTunes. I own a Nano, so I disabled EVERYTHING in the software - I am using it only to manage my music and transfer files to and fro... iTunes is really great, once you learn about and use playlists and smart playlists, and there are a ton of scripts out there to make the software work how you want. The interface needs a bit more work, but what doesn't?
And I agree with crashoverride- the software runs fine on a decent machine.

Not sure about that... forced to freeze rates so now this company needs to absorb cost and salary increases; forced to give away channels (I wouldn't stand to carve up and give away any of my business)..XM pays most of the fines because they broke most of the rules. Satellite radio also has to pay fees to play music, as opposed to AM / FM radio. WTF?

Umm, finally. And a shiny new website to boot!

Doubt the update is going to help. I think this is only for Series 2 (non-HD) TiVos.

Proceed with caution...yet approve in 2 weeks. Meanwhile, the Sirius / XM merger has been under debate for almost a year now. What a joke.
