  1. Review - Sunbelt Kerio Personal Firewall

    4.1.1 (Sep 30, 2004)

one of the best. v. sturdy, lot of features (packet filter is simply the best among firewalls), yet v. far from bloated, just like zone-alarm (which is looks like AOL's toys).
Web-filtering is enormously usefull to block javascript and activex, and yes, you can disable it (still installed tho').
Highly recommend this to my peers.

  2. Review - 3d Traceroute

    1.9.0:1 Preview (Sep 20, 2004)

This must be designed by AOL-ed person, and for AOL-ed person.
Come on guys, there are tons of 3D en graphical network tools better out there...

  3. Review - LClock

    1.62b (Sep 19, 2004)

The best clock replacement so far. httpd.confused -- you must be AOL-ed person, right? Its font is taken/based on your system font, and application-wise, every font type is configurable. Its limited in feature because nobody like bloated software (ala. AOL). And its free!
If anything, can you make day of week into 3 digits (or more), and make alarm able to run programs&scripts&macros.

  4. Review - Mozilla Firefox for Windows (v2)

    0.9.3 (Sep 7, 2004)

Best evr browser, even lighter than fancy-opera. Minimalist is to let you power-user to get the only extensions you might needed. Until now, i yet find anything i can do in IE/Opera that can't in FF.
for ur-ukar, if ur FF crashed, don't blame straight to it, could be your renegade ext., could be your already-corrupted system files.

  6. Comment - Microsoft Taps Evangelist to Push IE

    3.2.0.15 (Jul 1, 2004 - 6:45 PM)

who is benny hinn? i heard he is just another $ucker just like bill gates?

i use firefox .8 a lot, and in my opinion, let IE befriend with kerio personal firewall to block activeX and popups, and disable all java features, is a pretty good Winblows software.
