I'm not surprised. Like everybody else I've had horrible customer service. Been outright lied to on when broadband will be available in my area. It takes multiple call to get problems acknowledge let alone fixed. And so on....
The only reason the quality of my service has improved recently is with the dtv trasition they've been forced off of the analog signals onto digital feeds.
