1. Comment - Microsoft on Win7 Beta: 'The download experience was not ideal'

   I think I may have been lucky - I was able to download both the OS and key Sat. am. I have it installed on a separate partication alongside Vista. Windows 7 installation went without any problems, all hardware drivers were recognized except for my Nvidia graphics card which was installed when I did a system update. So far, even though I have been trying to beat it up, there still haven't been any problems.
   
   All of that being said, so far the only plus I see over Vista is that Windows 7 seems a bit more responsive and faster. If this is the Beta the RTM should be fantastic.
