   What Phorm are proposing is the equivelant of a Phone tap in every home of the users of these ISPs. How would you feel knowing that someone is listening in on every phone call you make? Say your daughter is talking to a friend and mentions she wants some new shoes, then the next day you get a letter advertising the latest shoes in the mail?
