  1. Comment - Gates: Microsoft Not Afraid of Google

While I don't seek to make my personal information readily availably, I also attempt to:

    A. Not participate in activites that would put me in someone's spotlight.
    B. Not assume that I am important enough to be in someone's spotlight.
    C. Acknowledge that if either A or B were different, I pretty much deserve what I get and it wouldn't matter how much I tried to hide myself.

She honestly thinks she's doing the right thing? That's impressive. It's not bad enough that they report half-truths and lies, or that they as independent analysts pick sides, but that they actually believe what they spew. I'll bet O'Gara feels the same way.

I'll agree that the "fringe" they talk about goes above and beyond, but on the same hand someone really needs to shut these people up.

Looking through this, fining them is not the answer. It's the same thing with the energy/gasoline/television companies. If you don't like what's happening, don't give them your business. And try to support new technologies, like IPTV, by finding out the issue and throwing your hat into the ring.

An MTV product that plays music videos. How cool is that!

I'll stick with Launch. It's been surprisingly decent.

Ya'll don't know who the bad guy is do you? Most of you would be flaming M$ if this were a U.S. deal.

In reality, both parties are wrong. M$ for making it more than just an operating system, and the EU for deciding that the thing to go after would be WMP. I mean, c'mon.. what's next. Windows XP Q - no more embedded command window?
