  1. Review - The Dude

    3.0 Beta 2 (Feb 12, 2007)

Do not use this program, as soon as i installed in on multiple machines at different locations suddenly the AVG email scanner went mad, there was a large amount of uploading and transfer.

I believe this program is sending the details it discovers.

    Do not install!!!

  2. Review - Vuze for Windows

    2.3.0.0 (May 3, 2005)

I just updated the azereus version. Firstly the downloads would no go, so i uninstalled it and java and reinstalled java (the latest version, i have update 2 and 3 tested now) and on both version, javaw.exe would just up to 70mb in memory, and would then suddenly have CPU usage go up to 100% and freeze the computer.

Does anybody have any idea on how to fix this? as i like azureus and want to use it, but not much point if it freezes my computer.

  3. Review - CD Art Display

    Alpha 2 (Feb 27, 2005)

This is actually a good release and a lot easier then some other products. if possible though, one feature i'd love? is that it wouldn't show up if you dont have mp3 playing which has an applicable cover.

    Thanks

  4. Comment - Europe: Microsoft's IE move gives Windows users no choice

    Alpha 2 (Jun 15, 2009 - 10:10 AM)

This is a dead topic. Microsoft has stated what it's willing to do, whether it's 'fair or not' it manages the issue of bundling.

Why does Microsoft have a responsibility to inform the consumer of alternatives in software? what's next, promotion for OSX on the Windows 7 box?

How many companies promote other competing products?? it's ridiculous.

I would so love to see microsoft just pull everything out of the EU. I realise from a provide perspective it's not good, but i'm just so tired as is everyone of this whole thing.

How many years is this now? give it up please!

  5. Comment - Microsoft Goes After PDF with 'Metro'

    Alpha 2 (Apr 26, 2005 - 7:38 PM)

My only problem? is why is microsoft the only company who is "the devil" and can't do anything? by the amount of complaining i hear constantly, basically microsoft should: stop making software, sit twiddling there thumbs, watch cobwebs grow in their R & D Department, and just keep paying lawsuits until they have no money left.

It's sad that as soon as anything is announced suddenly it's a rip off of something else. Guess what, lots of things are rip off's of other companies software lol Why else is there hundred's if not thousands of music players on the net lol

Where was all the complaining when adobe bought macromedia pretty much their ONLY competition?
