Great program. Lots of new features I don't what to do with yet. I'm only rating it 4 because of the high memory usage.
To those with 100% CPU usage problems. I seem to remember the following helping with some systems:
Uninstall all versions of java (inc updates), then run a clean install of the latest version.

Great browser. Fast and safe. I now use it as my default browser on all my computers.
I didn't have to uninstall to upgrade to the lastest version. However I did have a problem with my plugins. It disabled them and I couldn't find an easy way to re-enable them. In the end I had go to the plugins site and re-install them.
Hopefully in a future version they'll add a feature to enable/disable individual plugins.

There are lots of good example of p2p technology being used in an innovative way:
- Radio stations broadcasting on the internet using bittorrent style software to save on bandwidth costs;
- Software developers releasing new versions and patches (I often download new linux updates this way);
- New music artists and movie directors wanting to get noticed;
- TV - one day TV may be distributed over the internet using bittorrent style technology.

I just wish they would stop playing it (at what seems to be) every ad break on every channel.
I watch TV to escape the annoyances of daily life not have it thrust in my face every 10-15 mins.
Anyone else notice that these days, the ads seem to have the volume twice that of the actual TV programme.

Does anyone know the minimum hardware requirements to run Whistler. Will it work on my 300Mhz, 32MB RAM machine? Or will I need 64/128MB or more RAM etc.

Are you running it on Win 9x/ME or Win2K or Whistler?
