1.0.60831 Beta (Sep 11, 2006)
LOL@mahlerscom who wants to view porn in Outlook Express. Get xnews and stop whining!
How about reviewing the program at hand? Yeah, MS Max does what it is supposed to do and does it well. It's a feed reader and a demo of some newer tech that MS wants to show off. I like bashing MS as much as anyone else, but give some credit where it's due. It functions well and it does have a decent front end. I'd give it a four, but I'll add a star to make up for some of the useless sniping.
Todd 13, time to upgrade your dinosaur computer there bud.
Build 2206 (Feb 12, 2006)
I hate to say it, but people have been warning about this program for years. Let's hope they finally go out of business now.
Beta (Jan 7, 2006)
Stupid reasons for rating this low:
1. Don't like the software selection.
Which part of "select only the software you want" do you people NOT understand? You don't like trillian...don't install it! Why is choice so hard to take? If Microsoft tried to shove this down your throats, you'd gladly eat it, right?!?! Accept choice where it's offered!
2. Same old RealPlayer whine you oldsters have been trotting out since '98.
Get over it, or don't install it!
3. Google is evil!
Yeah....yeah....yeah. And Bill Gates is an open source advocate!
4. The Norton A/V should be free longer.
LOL! Some people just can't ever get enough. The funniest one is the guy who says Norton will have to be more liberal in their pricing after Windows OneCare is released. Yeah, right! Windows OneCare has more holes than swiss cheese. Your computer would be a zombie kiddie porn provider in less than five minutes. Good luck with that one!!!
5. Waaaaahhhhh....they didn't let ME pick the programs!
Okay, wipe away the sniffles Sparky and go start your own billion-dollar software company. Then, and only then, you can pick the software you want to give away. Until then, shut the f**k up!
6. I'm a Microsoft Fanboy
Now, THAT I understand. Please see a psychiatrist for treatment of your Googlaphobia.
