Nearly 3,000,000 downloads and only 555 ratings! Step up here people. This is possibly the best freeware app, period. Works as advertised, fast, light and ever advancing in capability. No bloat, all meat, no filler. The hot dog of software.

I have used this app for quite some time. It does what is it supposed to. It is very good for getting rare and hard to find files. The search function is in need of beefing up as it is a bit anemic when searching servers. Kad is great but works better when you run this app for a long period. I use it quite regularly for large files, such as archives and long form movies.
The hew tweaks such as individual file selection and keyword rearranging are very welcome. I like this app as it does not use too much CPU or RAM, even when doing saving of files. The time consuming nature of transfers is something that could be worked on.

As advertised, it will let you run multiple screen savers in a timed or randomly chosen way. Works well. Freeware, price is right. Does what it says and nothing else. No virus here, must be a glitch in Trend Micro. I have 15 savers and it detected all aand allows me to choose which ones are included. The interface for adding window titles to the condition list is a bit spartan and for the average user, a bit old school in that there is no clickety thingy. You have to type in the name of the window.

This is a rather good app. It is a distinctly different take on photo management from most of the others I have seen. To attempt to describe it is an odd thought as it is distinctly its own thing. Try it and you'll see. Well done.

Simple to use directory based freeware audio player. Very light on resources used. While not my audio app of choice(Foobar 2000), it has a permanent place as on my systems. When you include plugins, such as can be found here ( http://www.mpex.net/foru...8699dd7507e4ce958c873f9 ) most audio files can be played. While it lacks in the looks, it does what it does very well.

Writing software is hard work. The concept of writing it on a cell phone is so absurd it boggles my mind, small though it is. All games are written on PCs not tablets or consoles or paper. A general purpose computer will always have a place and use simply because it is so adaptable. Almost all other devices are single or limited use. You can do so many other things on a computer than a console or phone or tablet. The computer is a great invention because it is so adaptable. The latest and greatest tech is not necessary for the computer to be very useful. The software used on it is the enabling tool and I can't imagine developers, developers, developers flocking to these limited devices except as an additional market. They will create for them but NOT on them. The cell phone is an end user device much like the television or radio, and similarly a limited device. You can pack in all the gadget and cool features that sell to the masses but they are not going to be a major creative force in the world,

"Intel processor-based machines comprised 378 of the Top 500."
"Intel CPUs did not place so well among the top performers, as AMD Opteron processors scored the #2, #6, #7, #8, #9, and #10 positions, among the 60 that did make the list."
Not too bad for an outdated CPU.

Actually, Ubuntu has naming scheme that makes sense. The major version number is the first digit and it indicates the year released. The next indicates the month. This gives 8.04 a time of April, 2008. It gives me as a techie some indication of what new hardware is supported.

... and she had the best costume I've ever seen.
I always thought of her character as "6 of 9".

Actually, it imports flashblock from your FF install. It works like a charm. Now, to get Ad Block Plus to work and it will a Very Good Thing.
My bad. I was mistaking the playback button for FB.
