   I gave it a run the other week to see what all the fuss about the eolas thing was... It is possibly the best MS browser that I have seen.
   
   It is quite quick compared to the rest of the IE family and is slowly catching up with the rest of the crowd in features.

3. Comment - ICQ Wants Your Opinion on Ads

   I upgraded to 2000b back in Nov or Dec of last year... then for a while I had no ad's...
   
   All of a sudden there are these stupid freaking ad's in my incoming message windows... it seems that AOL has planted a call home feature into ICQ that auto updates... you have to go into the registry for the current user and disable the auto-update feature in the default settings registry.
   
   I hate it when people decide that they know what you want better than you do yourself... it smacks of arrogance and is insulting to everyone

   Does this mean that the average programmer/web designer doesnt need to know the code behind what they are writing...
   
   If this is the case then I would hate to have to debug the code created by VS.Net. just look at what frontpage does to the code it creates when a user creates a webpage using it. the code is virtually unreadable by even the most knowledgeable developers.
