   I think this should be addressed by the Russian's music industry and artists if they want to change the Russian law or not, nobody else has anything else to say about it RIAA included. The question will be... would the Record industry stop selling music to Russia? I don't even think they are fighting for the average Prussian musician.... Tip for the RIAA.... make your own www.allofriaa.com and sell the music at the same price or lower you may even make some money... do specials... sell rare to find performances... beat them at their own game...
   Who knows I may even buy music from your site... if no spyware included...
