how about randomly also selecting which competitor's OS will be installed...This is rediculous...

Up until recently, WinMo devices were underpowered with 64K RAM and a lot of crapware installed by Vendors. That's the main reason they were slow. They also did not support capacitive tough screens. WinMo is actually a very efficient, customized OS. My old WinMO with 64k RAM could run the haviest Navigation software easily. It run well 10 years ago with much less hardware (remember IPAQs), which actually shows how much Microsoft was left behind in this area. 10 years ago only Microsoft had an OS for mobile devices....

sorry, but if can't synchronize WinMo with your PC, then the problem is yours...

One thing is for sure Joe. You should never (and I don't mean you) underestimate Microsoft, no matter how far behind (not to far in my opinion) it has fallen with mobile. They are capable or turning this around...

Did Microsoft explictly said that they will not investigate further the cause of the problem? I don't beleive they said something like that. They just said that the specific updates were not responsible..I as sure they will keep monitoring the situation...
