   That is a bit harsh 'jshurst' I suppose when Google was creating Gmail they were actually trying to make it a nice thing for people to use and not worrying too much about the legal aspects as they were already a well known search engine.
   
   How can you not feel sorry for Google one bit?
   
   Have you never done anything wrong in your life?
