  4. Review - Flock for Windows

    2.5.2 (Aug 12, 2009)

So far I am loving FLOCK with 6 months of use. It has a few built in add-ons already installed, but not the good ones like you can get with Firefox. Much quicker load times then other browsers, only Chrome is quicker.
The main and really only reason I use FLOCK is for it's compatibility with Facebook. All Facebook users need to use Flock, Even while I'm on Betanews I can see on the bottom status bar that I have 97 contacts online and I can chat with them if I choose.
I would give it 5 stars, but it's not nearly as good as Firefox, only because of the add-ons Firefox has. Bottom line, if you use Facebook, Myspace, Digg, Twitter and a bunch of other sites like those I'd recommend using FLOCK while you use them.

This is a winner, love the graphic displays when it's done. Should be very helpful with my overclock. E7400 @ 4.2ghz, 50% overclock stable for a month now.

    3.1.0 RC1 (Sep 3, 2009 - 10:00 AM)

Who gets this money? My kid unlocked this, this pissed me off. I didn't think language was that bad since my kid hears that all the time from neighbors. But Sex? I didn't pay $50 for that.

  9. Comment - Hitachi pleads guilty in US LCD price-fixing bust

    3.1.0 RC1 (Mar 10, 2009 - 3:13 PM)

Because we don't know how to get it. I paid $600 for my 20" Dell monitor a few years ago, refurbished. That was a hell of a deal when they where $900. Would be nice to get some money back.

  10. Comment - Phishers hijack 750+ Twitter accounts

    3.1.0 RC1 (Mar 9, 2009 - 9:09 AM)

I go to a friends house who's always on the internet, who is having PC problems. Guess what? He's still running XP SP1. I ask why didn't you install the updates when Windows asks? "I was afraid those pop ups where viruses."
He wont do that, but has had his Myspace hijacked 3 times and has countless Trojans, viruses mailware ect... PC takes 10 minutes to start up having installed 7, yes 7 IE toolbars. Including some fake mailware scanner that asks for your CC every 5 minutes to clean your system. I JUST DON'T GET IT.
