   1.2.3.28 (Nov 14, 2002)

   MSN Messenger is for Win 9x/2000. Windows Messenger is supposed to be for Win XP. I installed this version on my machine and it kept the Windows Messenger the same. In fact, it never updated or uninstalled the Windows Messenger. I think someone is trying to pull a fast one here.

   SameTime is basically AIM anyway. What's the big deal? It's just used in business environments instead of by the general public.

3. Comment - MPAA Sues Grandfather for $600,000

   The only way they can sue anyone is if they copy and re-distribute the movies for profit. Just because they download them doesn't mean they are breaking copyright laws. So, for them to say that this family is/was breaking copyright laws is absurd to say the least. The MPAA and the RIAA need to re-examine the laws that they think are being broken and learn how to interpret the laws the proper way.

4. Comment - AOL to Layoff 700 Workers
