1. Comment - First Blu-ray Movie Disc Completed

   If they want to avoid this from being the next laser disc or betamax they better output lower resolutions than 1080... like 480 and 720. Todays TV's can't even display any 1080p video content - even the tv's that have 1080p resolution cannot ACCEPT a 1080p signal, they simply upconvert everything to 1080p. So if they make these discs only in 1080p, nobody can watch them. Plus who plans on buying a new 1080p set for $4,000 over the next couple years when studies show most homes got a new main TV over the past 3.
