  1. Review - Bvckup

    1.0.0.325 Beta (Nov 9, 2009)

Worked fine for the first folder group I set up, but consistently crashes on the second. Should also be noted that this program is shareware, with a 6 month "beta" license.

  2. Review - Mozilla Firefox (v3.5) for Windows

    3.5.4 (Oct 27, 2009)

The download is for 3.5.4 Beta 3...
Once again we jump the gun.

  3. Review - Avi2Dvd

    0.5 (Aug 21, 2009)

Interface has too much going on in it, I'll stick to DVDFlick.

  4. Review - Office 2000/XP/2003/2007 Slipstreamer

    1.7.2 (Sep 10, 2008)

It's always nice to see software like this. Don't yet know about trusting something that comes out with a new version a few times a week, might wait until there is a more stable release to fully utilize it.

  5. Review - WinVer

    0.90.21 (Jul 22, 2008)

Does what it says, but in reality it is an irrelevant program.
Not like it displays anything different than the Windows version. As for the being 10 times smaller, it is no longer 1976, disk space is not an issue (winver on my XP machine is 5.5 KB). And now you might say about dependencies, etc, for flash drive use, however I can write a batch file that you can use from a flash drive that will open winver on the machine. Gave it a 4 because it does what it says, but essentially it is totally worthless.

  8. Comment - From the ME: Betanews releases Alpha

    0.90.21 (Jan 14, 2009 - 3:17 PM)

The new design for betanews is just terrible. You have effectively lost ALL the flow the website previously had. Instead of a professional site that people would go to for news, you now have a website that assaults the senses the same way a spyware/malware page does. For the sake of all betanews-ians, I hope that you will alter the site back to the more user-friendly interface.

  9. Comment - Comcast to offer bandwidth consumption monitor

    0.90.21 (Dec 4, 2008 - 7:42 PM)

It will be interesting to compare this to my router's bandwidth stats...

  10. Comment - Downloaders declare open season on OpenOffice 3.0 servers

    0.90.21 (Oct 14, 2008 - 3:45 PM)

All the more reason to torrent it as a primary release...
