4.0.226 RC1 (Apr 16, 2009)
The new version 4.0 adds self protection and is still very light on resources. It's not perfect at detection for malware but what AV is, still need to use several software AV to be sure. I would never trust a single AV.
I prefer Zone Alarm Pro Firewall to Eset's Firewall but Zone Alarm is slow and they take forever to get a 64-bit version released. Zonelabs will probably take forever to get a Windows 7 version out as well. Eset 4.0 works fine on Windows 7 so far.
1.5.5.1 (Apr 16, 2009)
The scrolling windows for methods is a pain. It's needs to put it on a separate tab so you can see all types in a single view.
The compare feature is awkward and might be difficult for new users to understand whether a file matches or is incorrect.
It works but the User Interface needs some work.
8.0.059.000 Final (Oct 17, 2008)
Better then the other full suites but like all software it's becoming bloated.
Your probably better just using the Pro version with a better AV like NOD32.
8.0.059.000 Final (Oct 17, 2008)
Still the best firewall on the market. Tried to replace it with others and they just didn't work as well.
I use Windows Vista and it's runs for days without reboot and performs without hiccups.
Only downside is that there is still no 64 bit version.

Excellent update to FX2, the tab switching speed is awesome since I usually have plenty of tabs opened.
The launch speed has improved a lot but is still slower compared IE7.
The memory use is a lot lower usually under 200 megs and that's with 50 add-ons and plenty of tabs opened. With computers now coming with 2 to 4 gigs, memory usage is becoming less and less important as well.
The add-ons for firefox are still the best in terms of variety and support. If your using Vista I recommend Glasser and some of the stylish tweaks that make it look cool on Vista.

The performance is the real problem even with a quad core and 8 gigs of ram vista is still pretty slow.
I don't imagine business users will migrate since Windows XP SP3 just came out.
Windows 7 needs to be 40% faster then Vista to be modestly attractive.

I'm really disappointed in Search, it's slow, buggy and difficult to configure. I can't imagine how Microsoft allowed something so poorly designed to bare it's name but then Vista wasn't great to begin with.
I disabled Vista Search and use Avafind for files and Xobni in Outlook 2007.

This is more hype then reality, the C-block does not have that much bandwidth so it cannot be used that well for wireless broadband.

Intel is guilty.
They threaten, intimidate and bribe you to stop selling AMD products. They can put you out of business if you don't comply because AMD is just not big enough yet.

Should have called it R2D2 :)
