    I don't think that's what they are saying. This mentions it is a patent infringement case. That is different from suing for stifling competition. I don't know how you can patent an idea as basic as autorun though.

    Don't know how you can compare this to the nGage. That thing tried to do way too many things and was designed to be a game console first. I can't see building in an MP3 player as needing to force the ridiculous design decisions that Nokia made with that beast.
