   do as your name suggests. utorrent and azureus do not magically download at higher/lower speeds.
   
   i use azuerus on my linux box and utorrent on my windows box. both work great, i prefer utorrent simply because it uses less resouces leaving more free for my gaming needs. :)

   currently using azureus on my ubuntu linux desktop, it's an excellent application and has improved alot of the last few months.
   
   Those who complain about java and azuerus's memory usage, go buy more RAM or use a differant program.
