   it doesnt matter as long as theres free saving to pdf, while there are free pdf programs out there, most people dont have the time or intelligence to go find it themselves, this way microsoft makes it easy. now the idea of xps thats just stupid

   While i do find this pricing unfair, the majority of the computer using population, are going to just wait until they buy a new computer, sure some of us need innovation, but most will wait.

   OEM, is usually a couple bucks less than upgrade, i'll wait till newegg has it up and buy a cheap pci card as my "hardware requirement"
