   Review - PopMan

   1.3 Beta 11 (Oct 23, 2005)

   Fantastic email checker that is very configurable. It has an intuitive interface where you can customize colors for different accounts to display in the tray and was one of the first to show actual numbers of emails (unread, total, etc depending on how you set it up). I don't understand some of the reviews offering a "1" - must be friends of the other sw authors!! : )
   
   Indispensable - get it.

   Review - Double Driver

   1.0 (Oct 19, 2005)

   Using W98SE, installed downloaded exe file from dd homepage. Something tried to install itself in startup, I stopped that. Also installed files I already had on my system, didn't check to see I had them or what versions...
   
   Lastly, ran the program and NOTHING happened...wouldn't scan at all, nevermind do anything else.
   
   Should not have released this as a 1.00....should be a 0.xx beta or alpha version.

   Review - IZArc

   3.4.1 (Nov 20, 2003)

   I am very happy with Izarc. It has nice features, supports many archive types, has a feature to update an archive if you update a file from the archive and is one of the fastest for unzipping. I've tested against ZipGenius (nice but buggy for me), Zippho and Tugzip (both nice but no update feature yet). It the FreewareKing's choice for this type of program!

   Still gives me a "no page to display" message...thinking the port was an error, I tried it as http://127.0.0.1:1080/
   
   and still no go...

   Review - Star Downloader Free

   1.42 (Sep 6, 2003)

   No DLM can beat STAR for it's full automation. Integrated to Myie2 (only the best browser in the world!), 1 click does it all, including exiting itself when done!
   
   The only thing I'd like changed is the ability to change the dowload file percent completed tray icon color...
   
   To me it works amazingly well!!
