   I have been using Vonage for years with little or no issues.
   
   Verizon is too big of a monster to deal with. I know, as an IT Manager their offices can care less of individuals, small business, and even big corporations.

2. Comment - DSL Growing Faster than Cable Internet

   One thing dsl cant do better than cable. VOIP!!!
   Go on try Asterisk pbx or even Vonage, 24.99 + state taxes with the cable cost. With a setup like this you can call overseas or almost anywhere and never reach the standard telephone providers cost.
   
   Verizon has totaly screwed users that are not familiar with technology, that try to use their voip service.

   Anyone remember Nexland routers? A great router that could load balance a dial up with cable, dsl. The router cost somewhere around 300 bux, Symantec seen a good thing and bought it up so noone else could benefit.
