    Absolutely the Best IM out there - If you only want to simply message - sure go with Gaim or something - but for Video / File Transfers/ etc - this is tops - by no means bloated whatsoever - in fact I'd venture to say it is more stable and alot faster than Version 2 - Give it a try!

    I have been using ubuntu 4.10 for several months both on my desktop and on several servers and it works great - I've used Hoary dev release for about the last month and despite a couple bugs expected in a new release it's fantastic also - It's also about the easiest distro I've ever seen so if you can't get through the install something is wrong. It offers a proven security release cycle, cutting edge applications, powerful features for advanced users, and the proven history of debian - all in all my absolute favorite distribution to date!

    I was due to blow up my computer so I decided to give it a try - But surprisingly it's quite nice - I wouldn't suggest it unless you don't mind screwing up your pc though - It seems to be quite stable with the exception of a flaky sidebar but it is making extensive changes to your OS so if your going to venture into this and you don't like it you might be in for trouble - I have not tried the uninstall feature yet though so perhaps that will work well. All in all the program is done well and the themes are great! Just be wary when you try it because of the amount of changes.

    It's an ok app in practice - It would be nice to be able to edit what it's doing as far as tweaks are concerned - and It does have a backup feature - Thats what the whole "state" mess it's talking about it.

    I just wish Somone would make an IPOD like PDA like the one above that held 60 or 80 GB like the ipods do. Then I'd be in heaven . . . ooh better yet - also add pocket pc with integrated phone!

    True but in my case I paid for over 400 cd's of my favorite bands and had virtually all of them stolen out of my car - Since then I've gathered back probably half in the form of MP3 mostly from friends and I feel I have a full legal right to them since I've paid for them previously.
