   I guess it doesn't matter. It will still be a bloated useless piece of software. Giving it a 2 instead of a 1 only because it handles podcasts decently.

   Review - Quintessential Media Player

   I've used QCD1 for as long as I've known about it. There's not much new stuff that I have noticed between versions other than the awesome skin support. You don't have to stick to a certain format for skins, so there should be some VERY creative ones coming out for it. Including the "shadow mode" from version 1.
   There are a few bugs still to iron out, but nothing huge. If you aren't using some variant of QCD, get this one.

   Great looking, and perfectly performing. Although it lacks some of the fancier customization that other burning software has, this one fully works. Data, Audio, MP3, etc.. It's all there. A great program that really works well.

   It does exact CD copying very nicely, however, it doesn't burn audio CD's from MP3. Use NERO, a much better program for this. Also found at betanews.

   Seriously, I would pay $500 easily for a phone that runs Skype over wifi. Rather than a $50/mo contract, I can make cheap/free calls to anywhere in the world using city-wide wifi! That's a 10 month ROI!

    Erm... What's the attraction of WMP11? Can someone fill me in?
    
    Zoom player or Classic Media Player are most excellent for video.
    
    Winamp is superior for audio.
    
    WMP has been bloated since v6.4. Where's the attraction for this?
