   I read many comments people likes a lot this application.I presume lot of people use it without preliminary testing.
   Few know that it's useless against lot of small files (it's six times slower than default Windows copy handler..if you don't believe it try to move a couple of giga of many files and folders..or just copy the windows directory in another drive...and you will be shocked of the difference!) and it shows a small improvement (in the order of the 10%) transferring big files (like movies or 500mb and up sized files)

   The interface is clean and icons are cute.It save documents in rich text format so also images can be imported from clipboard.My only complaint is about its net framework root.An application like this..is used for a fast annotation.I open it...type quicky..then close.If i want a more feature rich program i use a word processor....but in this case..the startup time is the same of more sophisticated suites so there is no gain in using it.

   I apreciate the efforts of the author but there is a great paradox in this work.People use wget because is a light download manager.This gui is a memory hog for the .NET integration.Better option for people is another wget gui called Wackget

   Personally i hate the skins too, duke1995.But i delete the skin folder or i set the Window Classic skin and i have a coomn, traditional interface.

   It's a siking behaviour accusing a software to be a mallaware rootkit without even knowing what is a rootkit.
   The anydvd's hidden device driver is used to bypass the protections of a dvd unit in the same manner daemon tools and alchool do emulating a dvd unit.
   Anydvd contacts an internet site if the options of checking automatically updates is activated and in that case only (every one of us with a firewall can check this as i checked).
   The Zepster registry voices are completely legitimate:they are linked with the shareware licence protection used by anydvd.
   
   The forum posts you used as proof seem me just posts of confused and ignorant people about arguments they are trying to put in evidence without informing themselves a lot with an adequate search.The same mistake you did too.

   I'm a fan of conspiracies but my opinion is that these two guys were paid from someone for denying their prior statements.
