2.1 (Nov 11, 2009)
I have not tried SyncToy 2.1 yet but I did evaluate version 2.0. It looked promising but it has several shortcomings.
The show stopper for me was that it caused corrupted files when copying to a NAS. After finding that this was a known problem what had not been fixed in a long time I moved on SyncBack Freeware. It does everything that I wanted from SyncToy and more. I may investigate to see if the file corruption when copying to NAS has been fixed in SyncToy but I am not sure that I will move back in any case.
12.2 RC (Sep 22, 2009)
Once upon a time, in the Windows 3.x days) this was the best FTP client that I could find. I have long since moved on and I use Core FTP now and I could not be happier.
2.41b Beta (Jul 28, 2008)
I also wish that the new version would work on Win2k. I have XP on my laptop but not on my desktop.
dracodos: I tried your suggestion (copying the installed version from XP to 2k) but it did not work for me. I get an error of "SHParseDisplayName could not be located in SHELL32.DLL"

anonymouscowturd: I like the fact that Opera logs in using the supplied password before I have to choose if I want Opera to store the password or not. This prevents me storing an incorrect password. I can see if the password was accepted before I choose to save it.

SDHD?

9.50 Build 10005 Beta (Mar 26, 2008 - 9:44 AM)
I had an HDTV for about 9 months and i did not "subscribe to an HD programming package". I guess it was because I was perfectly happy with the over the air free HDTV that I was able to receive with an antenna in my attic.

>Who would buy an N800 when the
>Eee PC is coming out sometime in August?
I would. While both products look cool they are not quite the same market. I do not have an N800 (yet) but I just can not see myself carrying the Eee PC around with me everywhere like I do with my N770... if fits in my back pocket. Try that, Eee PC!
9.50 Build 10005 Beta (Jun 26, 2007 - 3:06 PM)
Hmmm... Does this offer apply to N770 owners as well? Were are the details?
