NewsShark is a great program, There are a few bugs with it, but all in all its great, especially the ability to resume timed out downloads

  2. Review - FastNet99

Yes, it does say that, and has said that for the past 6 hours. heh.

  3. Comment - Video: Netflix on PlayStation 3

    4.2 Beta (Nov 7, 2009 - 9:42 AM)

Not saying it's that big a deal, just an extra step that you don't need to do with the Roku box or with a Tivo.

  4. Comment - Video: Netflix on PlayStation 3

    4.2 Beta (Nov 6, 2009 - 5:52 PM)

I got my disc earlier today, I have yet to try watching a movie on it, i've been watching netflix streaming through my TiVo for about 8 months, and so far the TiVo netflix interface seems much smoother than the PS3,

I thought the Disc from NetFlix would have had some sort of Firmware upgrade that would allow me to stream, having to put the Disc in every time i want to stream is a bit of a pain.

  5. Comment - Apple: If an iPhone cracks or overheats, that's your problem

    4.2 Beta (Aug 28, 2009 - 6:12 PM)

Oh, you think that did it? Hmmm, maybe i'll try a screwdriver next time! :)

  6. Comment - 'Up-to-Date' Snow Leopard customers aren't getting what they paid for

    4.2 Beta (Aug 28, 2009 - 6:11 PM)

I thought the Tech Net availability of the RTM build was a downloadable copy and not a mailed disc. which would be a whole different animal, But i was referring to the actual retal copy not the RTM, I used to subscribe to MSDN years ago, and yes, having every OS was definately sweet. I don't really mind the delay, Just had to say that in this case for me, Apple did the better job. I dont really care one way or the other as i use both Macs and PC's

  7. Comment - Apple: If an iPhone cracks or overheats, that's your problem

    4.2 Beta (Aug 28, 2009 - 4:20 PM)

My iPhone 3G is in a protective case, has NEVER been dropped, crushed, bent, folded, spindled or Mutilated... and yet there is a nice big crack right around the volume switch.
