Doesn't matter much, lack of a hardware keyboard, 3G and MMS capabilities (among a few others) will only make customers mad that they didn't research the phone better before shelling out $600 for it. At least the customers that want more than a shiny Picture/Video iPod with a Phone built-in. Then again I might be misplacing my faith in the American public, who knows...

I agree with Ballmer, why is Google whining about the search being anti-competitive? Windows' indexer doesn't disable Google's, and just because it's built into the OS doesn't mean whoever wants to use Google's product can't. I guess apple should be weary: if Google releases (if they already haven't?) a version of Google desktop for OS X then spotlight will be just as anti-competitive for them too and they should get ready to face antitrust charges from Google as well. Google is just being idiotic on this one; not to sound like I'm anti Google but Google should stick to the web, their desktop products are crap in my opinion.

I'm still waiting for them to add CD burning support, it wouldn't matter if it wrote internally to an ISO image or whatever. It would however help debug applications that write to CD.

To each his own, the most important thing is that these programs will be able to share documents in a standard and supported way. That's all that I really care about when looking at these issues. Microsoft Office 2007 is what I use, but I'm glad to know that joe schmoe OpenOffice user will be able to read a document I send him out of the box the way I want him to read it.

Yeah, the only thing that doesn't work from Logitech is their video/picture grabbing program, but the camera itself works just fine. Like PC_Tool said some people just happen to be trolls that have nothing better to do than spread FUD.
