  1. Review - Microsoft Windows Vista (32-bit)

    Service Pack 2 (May 26, 2009)

Not quite this one as i installed the x64 version but it installed in 17 mins with one reboot. The whole systems feels a little more stable and responsive but thats just a feeling in my water rather than an analysed opinion.

  2. Review - Nero

    7.5.9.0A (Nov 28, 2006)

Thanks for the update on whether to download or not as it takes days to download NERO normally. That said it is a blooming good product and I wouldn't use any other.

  3. Comment - Why would Windows 7 customers spend $120 more for BitLocker?

    7.5.9.0A (Jul 3, 2009 - 1:44 AM)

So the real problem is that i have no choice in matter apart from do it or not do it. I currently have Vista Ultimate and the only upgrade path is 7 Ultimate, if I want to save money then I have to do a clean install of the lower version in 7. Thanks Microsoft!!

  4. Comment - Office 2007 SP2 is released, can indeed save ODF by default

    7.5.9.0A (May 9, 2009 - 3:11 AM)

I guess most of the users haven't noticed yet but in their wisdom MS have broken Outlooks ability to correctly connect to Exchange 2003 with this new SP. Once installed if you check your connections you will see that you have no sockets to the Directory elements of Exchange 2003. This means you cannot send an email to anyone new or utilise things like digital signitures etc. If you are unfortunate enough to have to reset up your Exchange account whilst in SP2 then you will not be able to. Well done MS you ballsed it up again!!!!
Oh by the way, the MS solution to this is to uninstall SP2 and hide it from updates, they dont see it as a fault. :/
