7.1 P26 (Oct 20, 2001)
This thing is not freeware, but the example reports looked decent.
5.0 Beta Build 164 (Aug 5, 2001)
First of all, OrlandoTommy, this program is UK only. Deal with it. I am sick of hearing from Americans with huge egos complaining that their country isn't supported. You should really read the web site before assuming that your country will supported. The USA isn't the entire world, you know.
Secondly, the offline DigiGuide is a major advantage of the program. It allows many advanced features that wouldn't be possible on the web, like reminding you when a program is on even when you aren't connected to the Internet. You can set up complex smart search rules to highlight programs that you might be interested in. Response time is instant. You dopn't want to wait a few seconds between each click when you're browsing a TV guide. But there is an online version too, at www.mydigiguide.co.uk, which is in itself a very advanced TV guide.
1.5 Beta Build 156 (Jul 13, 2001)
An indispensible program. I've been using it for about a year now, and it is my primary source for TV listings and planning. The smart searches and favourites are the most useful feature, allowing you to easily see or search for programs that you want to watch. It would be nice of some of the listings had better episode descriptions and the smart searches were more powerful, but it is constantly being improved. Note that this is designed for UK TV only.
8.1 Build 29 (Jun 10, 2001)
I tried all of the time client/server programs that could operate as a service in Windows 2000 with a dialup Internet connection. This is the only one that actually worked properly and had the features I wanted. The UI is good and the program is very configurable.
