When it come down to bang for buck, sorry but OpenOffice blows MSOffice out of the water, it's FREE... Given that 98% off all MSOffice 2003 user will never use more than 15% of it's features, OpenOffice will be the perfect suite for any user out there that wants to perform everyday tasks. Works fine, and is very stable, no more spending hundreds of euros to write a letter, make a presentation, or keep track of your finances.

Well... there are tons of freewares that u can use to solve those problems... If u don't like iTunes you can use YAMiPod, work right of the IPod, no instalation. By the way if you take a close look at the Ipod folder structure, u can basicly do anything...
Firts try an IPod, than you can complain. I myself didn't like it very much, but after getting on I can't live without it! (my wife is jealous)

What I'm wondering is if they're going to prosecute their own artists, because let's face it most people that learn to play an instrument, specially guitar, will search for tabs of music that they like, for practice and to play them because they're good.
I think that most famous musicians will be included in the law-suites.
STUPID!

I'm sticking to my GameCube for the moment, and I'll probably WON'T be buying a 360 for a long time.
As to market potential, why the hell do you think MS is taking a hit of $150 plus, to sell units in Japan... Come on people, wake up!! Get to the japanese consumer and developers and you'll have a very comfortable position in the market, they are much bigger gamers then the US and Europe in a per capita basis.
