3.0.2.1 (Nov 7, 2007)
I have not used this program, but I give it a 1 because it's $20 for software that my free GNU licensed OS comes with anyway.
1.0 Final (Nov 7, 2007)
I give it a 3 because I use this regularly on my Vista install and think it's a very nice program. However on my XP install it causes hanging, and randomly (plus on every reboot) deletes my desktop wallpaper which can then only be reaplied using Photo Gallery rather than the conventional way. Once those issues are fixed I'll recommend it.

This is the absolute best software for recovering files I have ever used. Working as a computer technician I often have customers that require data recovery for one reason or another. With Restorer2000 I'm confident that I can get it back for them.
The software is a little confusing at first, but being able to recover data from even the most desperate of situations more than makes up for it. If the HDD platter spins, you can get your data.
They're up to version 3.3

You only have access to about 10% of all the building bricks LEGO makes and the usable space for building isn't all that big.

I have nothing but contempt for Sprint. Their customer service is abismal at best. They try to screw their customers every chance they get (and I'm not refering to minute usage). I left NEXTEL for AT&T and have loved every minute of it. My girlfriend has Sprint and the hassles she constantly has is rediculous. Doesn't anyone know about all the billing issues Sprint has? Or how about the fact Sprint will cancel a contract if they feel you roam to much, or call service too often (100% truth). They bagged 110,000 US soldiers for making over seas calls. Remember that? (Truth) I hope Sprint/NEXTEL goes under and every one of its board members get blackballed. F*k Sprint!

Slightly off topic but... I remember back in the day the brand name Sony had a positive connotation to it. Today when ever I hear someone say I bought a Sony (xyz) I cringe knowing that their money was wasted on an overpriced substandard piece of merchandise.

The bottom line here is Apple has some incredibly good marketing schemes. Ones that are proving themselves to work and work well. I'm a PC user, but even I enjoy the "Hello, I'm a Mac" commercials. They're simple, funny, and make PC's look bad. Take that marketing scheme and implant it into the minds of millions of people who aren't computer savvy and revenue is sure to increase.

And I quote... "It's like one of those ideas that thousands of people think would be great but no one will really take advantage of it when it becomes available."

It's called Trillion or better yet Gaim.
