  1. Review - Microsoft IntelliType Pro (32-bit)

    5.40.633.0 (Oct 27, 2005)

Still no x64 support. For a company that is trying to push the x64 bandwagon, you think they'd make drivers for their own products (still waiting for fingerprint reader drivers too)

  2. Review - poedIRC

    1.3 Build 41 (Jun 23, 2005)

The colours are configurable by a GUI, as are all of the other options. The INI file is never supposed to be touched by the end user. In the menu there is Tools -> Options

  3. Review - FreeBSD

    5.4 RC3 (Apr 26, 2005)

An excellent operating system to use as a server, I currently use it as my web server and have not had any troubles with it.

  4. Review - RealPlayer for Windows

    10.5 Build 6.0.12.1069 (Apr 26, 2005)

If you need to play RealMedia files, get RealAlternative. This program is the most bloated piece of software I have ever seen.

  5. Review - ReGet Deluxe

    4.1.246 (Apr 26, 2005)

really bad interface, ignores the speed limit all the time, corrupted downloads, what more can i say? Download GetRight instead

  6. Comment - The driving experience redefined?

    4.1.246 (Apr 2, 2008 - 12:43 AM)

The name "Smart Rider" is already in use by the Public Transport Authority of Western Australia for a bus and train ticketing system.

  7. Comment - Thunderbird development starts afresh under new company

    4.1.246 (Feb 19, 2008 - 8:43 PM)

I currently use SyncML with my PDA and Thunderbird. It works very well.

  8. Comment - Aussie Parliament Wants To Tighten Net Censorship

    4.1.246 (Sep 24, 2007 - 1:43 AM)

What most people don't understand is that this censorship is NOT ACTIVE unless you activate it. This list has been around for years and you must ask your ISP to activate the filter on your account before it will do anything. This new announcement is to just add some more sites to that filtering list, that's all.

  9. Comment - IE7 Beta 2 Receives Mixed Reviews

    4.1.246 (May 1, 2006 - 11:44 PM)

IE7 is crap. It constantly asks you to allow it to run an ActiveX control. If you say yes once, STOP ASKING!

Also, if you turn off the asking, it puts a bar at the top that says "Your computer is at risk". NO IT ISN'T. This bar is also impossible to get rid of.
