2.0 Build 0930 (Jan 8, 2007)
Slow and inefficient when reading large PDFs with big images. Scrolling speed is severely slow in such conditions.
Has DRM rubbish built in as well, and therefore is just as frustrating as Acrobat Reader.
Better than the official reader, but not by any wide margin. There are better viewers out there.
6.5.737.000 (Jan 8, 2007)
Useless for advanced users as the interface/GUI is clumsy, hard to navigate, over-simplified, etc. But this is a trait of all Windows GUI personal firewalls.
Also not very good for new users either, as they are not going to know what their yes/no answers to firewall popups will actually affect.
Very standard and 'safe' within the industry. Nothing innovative at all. They're just doing what everyone else does, with nothing special about it.
6.5.737.000 (Jan 8, 2007)
Horrible user interface, hard to properly configure, overly complicated while trying to be simple. You have to click too many times to get things done, and the format of the GUI isn't clear and concise.
2007 Beta (10.0.0.1) (Jan 8, 2007)
Norton Internet Slowdown 2007? Oh, I must have read it incorrectly.
This is a resource hogging, money wasting piece of ineffective software that will not keep you anymore secure than a default Windows XP SP2 installation.
There are much better alternatives out there which are free, starting with common sense with surfing habits.
10.5 Build 6.0.12.1741 (Jan 8, 2007)
Just when you thought iTunes, QuickTime and Windows Media Player couldn't get any worse... along comes Real Player!
Don't waste your time with 5 different programs for 5 different formats: use VLC (VideoLAN Client), Media Player Classic or another open source/free media player that can support all these WM, QT, RM formats and more.
