Great Idea and I really want to use this app...
ended up being a flaming pile of dog poo on my computer. Vista 64bit w/ Office 2003. many many error messages on everything i tried to do and I had to use task mgr to get out of it.
I see that it has worked for several people, and it is a great idea, so I give it 3 stars. and will keep an eye out for future releases.

You're spot on there, champ. Everyone knows that business are owned and operated by werewolves and extraterrestrials, not humans with bills to pay.

One of my clients fell for XPAntivirus2009 (or something like that) and purchased it with her credit card, thinking she was doing the right thing.
Some overseas company proceeded to charge her credit card 4 times for $97.
Edit- by the way, this type of stuff is really easy to remove.
1. disable system restore
2. run Malwarebytes Anti-malware
3. run AVG 8.0
4. reboot and run Malwarebytes again.
These 2 softwares (at least for now) seem to just mow this garbage down no problem.

I dont buy that for a second. You or your friend must be doing something wrong.
I run so many office 2007 apps along with a ticketing system and a couple dozen absent-mindedly opened browser windows that my taskbar looks like a train accident. On a core2duo 2.33 with 4gb (er 3.5 or whatever) 800mhz ram with vista 32 and I never see hesitation or "noticable" slowing. I restart once every couple of weeks. It works great. I cant wait to try out 64 bit on my other machine.

That's an interesting point of view.
What do you reccomend then?

Some of you have no idea what you are talking about. I agree that Dell's consumer class systems are low quality and cheap. I do not buy or sell them. They're fodder for the technical idiots.
However, the business class Latitude notebooks and Optiplex desktops are very high quality and very reliable. The support that you get with these products is top notch north american based support.
I sell lots of these systems, they are my first reccomendation to my clients, and I only get positive feedback on them.
As far as these new systems, they look like the usual consumer-grade crap.
