'Meanwhile, since Google owns both MySpace and Orkut, and Microsoft owns Facebook, Yahoo becomes the sole "big four" search player to be bereft of its own operational social networking platform.'
Did I miss the memo where Google "owns" MySpace? And Microsoft "owns" Facebook? I know that Google offers advertising and search FOR MySpace. Also Microsoft has a small investment in Facebook, but I didn't realize that ment that they were owned by them.
Shouldn't it be that Google owns Orkut and now AOL owns Bebo?
Yahoo does own Yahoo 360.. but it is pretty lame.. wonder how it rated compared to Bebo.

VZW disables teh GPS by default for privacy reasons. They also have a free program that you can download for many phones that will let you change your GPS "on" settings.. such as for what apps it is available to.

You can get the same functionality in IE7 that you might already have downloaded to your PC.
Open Yahoo on the first tab, Yahoo Mail on the second tab and then go into Internet Options and make all of those tabs your "Home Page(s)".
Goto http://www.yahoo.com/r/1f and add Yahoo Search as your default search.
