  1. Review - OpenPandora

    0.6.8 (Sep 19, 2008)

It doesn't work on my PC at all.
I just get a "Please wait, Pandora is loading message" And it won't stop loading...
    (Tested on Vista Ultimate SP1)

  2. Review - Adobe Flash Player for Windows

    9.0.124 (Apr 9, 2008)

It has a nice interface, the player installer (such as the prerequisite Adobe Air beta's set up window) tries to be absolutely good looking and up to date. If installed, you get lots of ads
and no valuable content at all.
I cannot yet figure it out what this whole thing is good for!

  3. Review - ACDSee Pro

    2.0.174 Beta (Jun 28, 2007)

Many are confused about ACDSee versions, so here is what I think is to be known about them:
After versions 1...7 and 8, Pro was released which was meant to be an application for professional use. ACD Systems has decided to build a less expensive version with less
capabilities but with more spectacular features and for a lower price for the general public and this was 9. Neither versions were Vista compliant so earlier this year an update became available for Vista. To fill the need for a more professional build, Pro 2 is to be released which is now available for public testing

  4. Review - Adobe Reader for Windows 2000/XP/Vista/2008

    8.0.0 (Dec 6, 2006)

I got the impression this software is sick! Somitimes just nothing happens when I click on a button. I get kind of insecure if someting went wrong with my PC, but then I realize it's the
application that doesn't react the way it should...

  5. Comment - Adobe Media Player 1.0 goes live with clear, high-def content

    8.0.0 (Apr 9, 2008 - 4:14 PM)

Adobe Air is required to download and install.
The link on Adobe Player download site seems to be buggy. First look for Adobe Air (if not installed) with a search engine and after installation return to BetaNews link!

  6. Comment - Vista SP1 release candidate goes live

    8.0.0 (Dec 12, 2007 - 5:51 PM)

I've downloaded and installed the RC with the widely known registry hack about a week ago.
I haven't had any issues neither during the update process nor ever after. My Ultimate 6001 x86 OS is better, faster and more stable than ever before. I use a 4GB high speed flash drive to boost my pc (to 2 GB RAM). I can not complain.

  7. Comment - Vista SP1 to replace 'Reduced Functionality' with nagware

    8.0.0 (Dec 4, 2007 - 6:16 PM)

I have a purchased ultimate key and still use a pirated copy just for fun waiting if MS ever recognizes it's not genuine. MS idiots should rather focus on fixing nagging errors bittering customers life rather than "softening" reduced functionality to "nagware"
    Pls add your comments!
