   Renamed the .zip to .IPSW Hmmm...I wonder if "case" matters? I'll give it a shot.

   Ok...updated to the latest version of iTunes...now works great :)

   7.6.2.9 iTunes on a PC doesn't prompt for a file location when holding Alt and clicking "Check for Update"...use "s***"
   
   Unfortunately didn't work...got an Error (5), and restarted needing a "Restore"...restore put the old version back on. Oh well...wait until tomorrow.
