1.5 Beta 2 (May 10, 2007)
Joomla! is one of the best available! Forget managing your website by hand... let Joomla! do all the work. Hundreds upon hundreds of extensions available (extensions.joomla.org) to make Joomla! work for you.
It's worth a try, especially for personal or corporate websites! (Oh, and it is free too!)

Response to 'Ian C.' a few reviews above...
Your review is somewhat inaccurate. In the 1.5 (beta 2) you reviewed, it supports Search-Engine-Friendly (SEF) URLs. Simply enable it in the Configuration.
There are about 10x free extensions for Joomla compared to Commercial extensions. Although I'm not one to heavily use commercial extensions, I would see it as a positive sign that commercial developers see Joomla as a worthy CMS. The flexibility and ease of use is a major drawing factor for Joomla, including commercial extension developers.

Superb software. New version boasts a cleaner interface.
NOTE: For those with "Missing DLL" errors:
(1) Control Panel > System > [Advanced] tab > [Environment Variables]
(2) Under 'System Variables', select 'Path' and click [Edit]
(3) DO NOT delete the value in the box. Simply add the GIMP's 'bin' path to the end, separated by semi-colon. Example:
;C:\Program Files\GIMP-2.0\bin

I believe the current DTV stations broadcasting over-the-air cover roughly 70% of people with a TV. (It is a lot less than the current Analog NTSC coverage.) However, at the DTV transition, I would bet many TV stations will begin broadcasting at full power. (Today, many operate in a reduced power mode to save costs.)
Providers will likely wish to continue bringing in the signals. With major networks like NBC, ABC, FOX, CBS, PBS, CW (etc)... their livelihood will depend on providers carrying their content.
Part of the reason why the FCC wants to continue the 'Must-Carry' is to get TV to those that can't get a DTV signal currently.
2.3.12 (Sep 20, 2007 - 11:16 AM)
Free over-the-air Digital TV will still be available for a long time. Full HD quality is actually better OTA than over cable a lot of the times. HDTV sets and HDTV-on-PC tuners (like the OnAir GT or MyHD) are already capable of receiving and displaying full HD.
2.3.12 (Aug 16, 2007 - 5:57 PM)
Stations that are 'fuzzy' will be 'hit or miss' on Digital TV. It typically depends on the 'Signal to Noise Ratio' or SNR. If there is too much noise, you won't get a picture at all. If there is enough signal, you'll get a perfect looking picture.
Check out AntennaWeb.org for a list of stations in your area.

I was pleasantly surprised to find that BetaNews had received a facelift! Happy Birthday!
What I like:
- Modern look
- Download Cart
- Easier to find programs
- Better disctiction between BetaNews and FileForum
- More 'customized' look (heading of page)
What I don't..
- Had to re-activate username
- News and Files sections swapped (left/right) on main page. I like the news on the right side.. but I'm a creature of habit, and could get used to the current layout.
- No link to "go back where you were" once adding something to Download Cart
Overall, Great Job to all those who gave BetaNews a paint job. Looks great!
