This is a great IM program for Mac. I wish it was available for windows or even Linux. I rarely use a Mac. But when I do, this program is always on.

Wow, I thought this program was dead. This program is extremely cool. You have to try it.
3.2.1245 (Jan 12, 2005)
I can't seem to get it to download the lyrics. It seems like it would be great if I could get the lyrics. It says to right click the window and select "Download Lyrics". I did that but it never lists any available lyrics for download. If I click online search it hangs for about 30 seconds and then says the connection attempt failed, the server may be busy. I have tried it with shoutcast streams and with an AeroSmith cd of mine that I ripped into mp3's. No go. I went to the authors site and read the faq but no help for my problem. Clicked on the forum link and got an internal server error. :( I would give it a lower score but it seems like everyone else is getting it to work.
EDIT: I just tried it at home and it works fine. I was at work before. Maybe the firewall at work is blocking it for some reason. Doesn't make much sense. I'll still keep my rating at 4 because evil lyrics works fine at work.
3.0.1.1 Build 1 Preview Edition (Jan 7, 2005)
Wow! This is an amazing program, especially for free. For the number of features, it is small and fast. Lots of features, works great.

I just tried OpenOffice.org 1.1.1rc3 on my machine with sp2 on it. It seems to work fine after a thorough 10 minutes of testing. :) I have sp2 v2082 on my machine. sp2rc1 just came out, but I haven't installed it on a machine yet.
On another note, Openoffice looks much better than when I last tried it over a year ago. A great alternative to Office, even if it wasn't free.

The article says 'The version distributed to attendees does not include the new Windows Sidebar', even though the picture shows the sidebar and it was mentioned at PDC. Do you think they are going to drop the sidebar out of Vista before they release it? If they do, that would make this upgrade a complete waste for me. The 2 things I have been interested in are WinFS and the sidebar (because it looks useful).

NFS support will be nice. That will make it much easier to integrate the offering of files from different file servers.

Take a look at the following url on their site:
http://2idi.com/registrar/index.html
About 1/3 of the way down the page it says the following about XNS:
IMPORTANT: XNS Personal Name registrants may convert their XNS name to a global personal i-name at no charge. Please follow this link.
I don't know if this will help you with your registration/payment problem.

Where are these new drivers? At Nvidia's site, all I see is the same drivers from last month (57.30 dated March 22, 2004).

I hope ezcd6 is half as bloated and makes a tenth of the coasters it does now. If it does, then it will be half as good as nero or clonecd. Ezcd5 is just one of the most problematic pieces of software that I HAVE to install on the pc's I take care of.
Here's to hopin they make it MUCH MUCH better.
