    You probably need to have Personal Security Manager (PSM) installed. Hotmail goes thru a secure HTTPS gateway to authenticate. Some Mozilla builds do not have PSM installed by default. Seelect Install PSM from the Debug menu, or reinstall Mozilla and include PSM in your selections.
