1.2.1.355b Beta (Feb 14, 2009)
Awesome utility but lacks network drive search and recent modified/changed files list, just like Ava Find.
1.2.0.323b Beta (Dec 15, 2008)
Simply the best utility out there for searching your hard drive. It creates index only once. All new files from there on are kept track of in real time.
There is only one downside: No network drive search.
1.071 Beta (Dec 10, 2006)
I had the same problem of Nemo not starting on Windows XP machine. I installed the library files and it started working.
I think the interface needs work. It should display the search box by default when you open the program just like Ava Find as primarily searching is the intended goal of this program.
Also, there are too many options/buttons that it confusing to understand.
11.0 RC1 (Aug 14, 2006)
We NEED a Gecko version....please!
That will be like having Firefox engine but with an Avant interface....now that will be totally awesome!!!
1.5.0.7 (Jun 21, 2006)
This is NOT compatible with Maxthon. So, it is of no use at all for users like who are using alternative browsers like Maxthon and Avant. The first thing they should do is make it compatible with other alternative browsers so that people can actually use it.
I hope they make it compatible with Maxthon in the next release.
1.5.0.7 (Oct 25, 2006 - 8:29 PM)
Firefox is the best and the safest. I feel comfortable knowing that I won't get infected by one of those pesky malware/adware/spyware just by browsing websites.
I am using Firefox 100% of the time now!
1.5.0.7 (Oct 23, 2006 - 8:26 PM)
Yes, it does in fact crash the browser. I am not sure why they would not fix it when it seems to be a valid flaw which causes unexpected behavior.
It is sad that both Firefox and IE released their new versions and both had established flaws right at the onset of the release.
Having said that, I believe you are better off using Firefox than IE....Firefox is still safer.
1.5.0.7 (Oct 2, 2006 - 2:23 PM)
It still runs a background program "aolsoftware.exe" even when you have completely exited out the AIM.
When I want to exit a program, I want to exit everything. Arren't these the basics? Yahoo IM and MSN does not leave any program running in the background when you exit them so why AOL does these stupid things?
1.5.0.7 (Sep 26, 2006 - 1:13 PM)
Has the huge, huge MEMORY and PERFORMANCE issues been corrected in this new version? I hate when Firefox takes too long to startup!
1.5.0.7 (Sep 25, 2006 - 11:34 PM)
Firefox has been safe for me, at least for the past 4 months I have been using it. Maybe Firefox is safer than Internet Explorer because of the small minority that is using it at the present time and it does not have the hacker's attention at the momemnt or whether is safer because of its open-source roots....nonetheless, it is working for me and I am going to continue to use it.
