    Office features are nice, but (this ia big but) it has no feautre similar to Outlook. For me Outlook is a killer app and Oo needs something to challenge it.

    For this I don't find it a full feature rich Office suite.

    Its an ok antivirus software but the interface is terrible and I think the updating process could be a little better streamlined.

    Has to be a new install. Can't be an upgrade. I just tried and wouldn't let me upgrade one of my test machines.
